Giuseppe (Joseph) and Maria Locati immigrated to America in 1905 and brought with them a rich Italian tradition of family, food and wines.  The Locati family is known for the origin of the famous Walla Walla Sweet Onions and Estate Wines.  Growing up on the farm, watching the old timers’ making sausage and wine, grandma Maria making spaghetti and meatballs, instilled in me a high regard for the quality of food and life.  My recipes follow those traditions, grinding fresh meats and handmaking my meatballs and sausage with bone broth, giving the meat an unparalleled flavor, considered a powerful health tonic known to boost the immune system. My name is Pete Ted Locati, the owner and certified chef. I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Walla Walla Commuity College.  From our family to yours, we welcome you to our kitchen.
